Call for Papers

The AIC Colour 2009 Papers Committee invites you to submit a paper for the 2009 Congress. The following guidelines are provided for your information.

All submissions will be subject to review before being accepted for presentation at the Congress and publication in the Congress Proceedings. In addition, we are offering authors the opportunity to have their papers fully refereed.

Therefore, there are two forms of submission available for authors in 2009.
These are:

a) Refereed Papers
b) Non-Refereed (Reviewed) Papers

Authors are advised to refer to the definitions provided below for details. It should be noted that in 2009, fully refereed submissions is an additional option.

Authors may also nominate their preferred form of presentation method – Oral or Poster. Those papers accepted as posters will be on display throughout the Congress. Authors of posters will be required to attend allocated sessions to discuss their work.

If the submission is accepted as an oral presentation, it will be allocated to the most relevant section in Congress program by the Papers Committee. The presentation format will depend on the nature of the allocated session. Authors will be advised of the details of their allocated session’s requirement when they are notified that their submission has been accepted.

The Refereed and Non-Refereed (Reveiwed) Papers will be published in the AIC 2009 Congress Proceedings. The Proceedings will be circulated as a CD.
