Congress Publications & Copyright Regulations

All accepted submissions will be published. In 2009 the contributions will be presented in a number of ways. These are:

i) Book of Abstracts
Abstracts from the accepted papers and posters will be published as a book of abstracts. This will be distributed in the delegate satchels for reference during the Congress.

The abstracts will also be available on the AIC Colour 2009 website prior to commencement of the Congress Program.

ii) Full Proceedings in CD Format
The full proceedings will include all accepted submissions in full (Invited Papers, Refereed Papers, and Reviewed Papers) plus other Congress details including the program and delegate information in digital format. The CD will be distributed to all delegates.

Author-Participant Requirement
Please note that at least one author per submission must register for attendance at the Congress in order for the paper to be included in the Congress Proceedings and Book of Abstracts.

While submissions will remain the property of the author/s or their nominated university or organization, we will ask successful authors to grant a non-exclusive license to the AIC to publish their document in full on the AIC World Wide Web site and in printed form within the AIC Colour 2009 publications.

We will acknowledge that any other usage is prohibited without the express permission of the authors and/or their nominated university or organisation.

The work submitted for review or refereeing should not have been published or be in the process of being reviewed or refereed by another publisher. Authors are to ensure that any images used in the paper have copyright clearance.
